Operations available to users

You can enter and process data using the algorithms created at the application development stage.

To open forms and perform various operations, use the panel commands.

To switch between the sections, use sections panel commands.

To navigate within the current section and execute functions, use the function menu and the current section functions panel.

To begin the work, enter the constant values and fill the catalogs. You can also fill the catalogs later, as a part of your accounting activities.

To record accounting operations, use documents, To view accounting operations, use document journals or lists. Data generated by documents is stored in registers.

To process data (obtain totals, summaries, or details, exchange data with other systems, obtain service data, and so on), use reports and data processors.

An application can use a variety of accounting tools. As a rule, management accounting involves the use of charts of characteristic types and accumulation registers, bookkeeping involves the use of charts of characteristic types, charts of accounts, and accounting registers, and complex periodic calculations (such as payroll calculation) involve the use of charts of calculation types and calculation registers.

To perform service operations, use the service modes.

To create text, spreadsheet, and HTML documents, use 1C:Enterprise editors.

The following operations are performed by administrators: creation and maintenance of the user list, specifying user access rights, setup and management of the event log, and dumping and restoring infobases.
