External data source cube form wizard

At the first step,

the wizard propmts you to select the form type and specify its name, synonym, and comment.

The option button group Select form type is intended for selecting the form type.

If an object has multiple forms of the same type, you can mark one of them as default. When an object form is called and the form is not specified explicitly, the default form is displayed. To mark a form as default, select the Set the form as default check box during the form creation.

 

Specify the form Name, Synonym, and Comment.

 

If you want to customize the basic controls (for example, you want to remove some items or change their presentations), click Next. 

To create the form, click Finish. The wizard will automatically place the items on the form and then open the form for editing.
