List Setup (Value Table)

How do I setup columns?
Other settings

For better visual representation, set the list of displayed columns up using Actions — Customize List menu item.

Columns Tab

Currently displayed columns are checked in the list. You can change the assortment of displayed columns. Check the required columns and uncheck the rest of them.

Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to set the desired order of the columns in the list.

To set up display of a particular column, select it and specify the required attribute settings in the right area.

The Position field allows you to select the column position.

"New column – the new column will be positioned to the right of the previous column.
"On the next row – the new column will be positioned under the previous column. This option is meaningless for the first column.
"In the same column – the new column will be positioned in the same column as the previous one.

To position multiple columns under one column, select On the next row, and then In the same column for all the columns following this one.

In the Size change field, specify whether the column is resizable with the mouse and how it changes to fit the window size.
Use the Width field to specify the column width (in characters).
Use the Height field to specify the column height (in lines).

If Autoheight is checked, height will be derived from the representation of the value in the column, based on the maximum number of lines defined in the Height box.

The Apply button allows you to immediately preview the result of selected settings.

Clicking Standard settings cancels all the custom settings and restores the default settings.

Important! Sometimes settings of a specific column cannot be changed. Also you cannot insert columns between two columns which are not allowed to be repositioned.

Other Tab

To display the table in reverse order when the list is opened, select End in the On open go to field. To display it from the beginning, select Start.

The settings are saved individually for every form and user.
