About 1C:Enterprise

To open the dialog box, on the Help menu, click About 1C:Enterprise, or click on the toolbar.

The dialog box provides general information about 1C:Enterprise and its run conditions.

It contains the following data:

  • 1C:Enterprise version

  • Configuration details: name, version, and license

  • Infobase details: infobase name as it is shown in the infobase list of the 1C:Enterprise startup dialog, database format (data storage format), and the infobase directory

  • Mode: file or client/server

  • Infobase details: infobase name as it is shown in the infobase list of the 1C:Enterprise startup dialog, database format (data storage format), and the infobase directory

  • Mode: file or client/server, with the data compression mode in parentheses. In the slow connection mode, the "Slow connection" text is added to this dialog box (this information is retrieved from the infobase parameters of the infobase list)

  • Web server run mode and web server address

  • Application (with its run mode displayed: Designer, Thick client (ordinary application and managed application in thick client mode), Thin client, or Web client, as well as connection speed and data compression mode (without compression, normal, or enhanced)
  • Name of the current user

  • Database and session localization

  • License details. The "Current" section displays the list of licenses that are used (or were used earlier) by the current session. The "Infobase" section shows the list of licenses different from those listed in the previous section that were used by the current infobase. The "Configuration" section shows the list of licenses different from those listed in the previous section that were used to modify the current configuration. 

You can click the "Technical support information" link to view brief information about the system and its parameters, which can be used in a technical support request.
