Replace Text in Spreadsheet Document

To replace a text in spreadsheet documents, select Edit – Replace….

In the Find field enter the text to be replaced.

In the Replace field enter the text to replace the occurrence of the search string with.

To distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters, check Match Case.

If Whole words only is checked, the application will search for a text that matches the entered fragment completely.

View (search) results may be set: by column, by row, by current column, by current row.

To begin the search, click the Find button. The found text is highlighted. To replace it, click the Replace button. The text will be replaced, and the next occurrence will be found.

To replace all occurrences of the search string, click the Replace all button.
