Saving print forms

A print form is a text or spreadsheet document, which can be either standalone or included in a form.

To save a print form result, on the File menu, click Save As (for spreadsheet documents included in forms, click any cell first).

To save a print form result, click Save from the system panel of auxiliary windows (for spreadsheet documents included in forms, click any cell first). The button is available if the auxiliary window is standalone and the main form of the window contains at least one control that supports these commands, or if the auxiliary window is a window that displays an individual document (spreadsheet document, text document, and so on).

In the dialog box that is opened, select a directory and specify the file name for saving the document. Also specify the file type. In addition to the default format, the following formats are available: a variety of HTM, TXT, DOC, and XLS versions, PDF, and ODF.

If you select DOCX format, the following restrictions apply:

  • Only vertical or horizontal text direction in cells
  • Only horizontal text alignment in pictures
  • Text is always wrapped
  • Rectangles or text either have all borders or have no borders

To save a print form result, click the Save button.
