Gauge Chart Quality Band Settings

Open the settings dialog using the "Gauge Chart Quality Band" property call button.

Use the command bar to create, edit, delete, and order chart quality bands.

Each band is described by start and end values. You can specify the color, displayed text, and tooltip text for a quality band.
