Pivot Chart Settings

This dialog box is used to set up pivot chart properties.

You can set up the presentation of point and series hierarchical dimensions in the Values group. You can use the "AllValues" option to represent all dimension values in the plot area, regardless of the branch expansion state. You can use the "LastLevelValues" option to represent only the last expansion level values in the plot area.

You can set up a method to maintain scale on the horizontal axis (points axis) in the Scaling group.

If you select "AllItems", the visible area will display all chart items.

Selecting "ItemNumber" adds a field where you can specify a number of items to be displayed in the visible area of the dialog box.

You can select "MinimumWidth" to add a character number field to the dialog box. The minimum width (in characters) is defined by the font size.

You can set up label position in the Labels group.

If you select "All Levels Horizontally", all labels are positioned horizontally.

If you select "All Levels Vertically", all labels are positioned vertically. Please note that if the total label width is more than 2/3 of the chart height, labels are positioned horizontally.

If you select "Top Levels Vertically", only top-level labels are positioned vertically, while all the rest remain horizontal. You can indicate the number of top levels to be positioned vertically in the Levels field. Please note that the lowest level is always horizontal, regardless of the levels number.
