Adding and removing toolbar buttons
Method 1
Use the Other buttons button to change the set of buttons on a particular command bar. This button is located in the end of the toolbar and looks like an upside-down triangle. Press it and select Add or remove buttons. A list of all buttons available for this toolbar will open. Check the required ones.
Method 2
You can change the set and position of buttons using the Main menu settings window.
All buttons that can be placed on toolbars are conveniently divided into several categories on the Commands tab. To view the buttons of a certain category, click it.
To find out the purpose of a particular button, click it and view the description in the bottom part of the tab.
To add a button to a toolbar, drag it from the Commands tab or from another toolbar. If you hold the Ctrl key while dragging, the button will be copied to the second toolbar and will remain in the first one.
To delete a button from a toolbar, drag it to any part of the program window.
Important! Moving and deleting buttons is only allowed for the bars of text and spreadsheet documents, HTML documents and graphical schemas.
