Filter in User List

You can filter user list to view it more conveniently. Select Actions – Set Filter… in the user list.

You can filter by role, language, run mode, in compliance with display in the user list, ability to change password and authentication.

Note that filter by authentication, ability to change password and display in the user list is applied by selecting values in the field. Ignore value means that this field will not be used for filter. Enabled (Yes) means that only those users that have the property enabled will be included in the filter. Disabled (No) means that only those users that have the property disabled will be included in the filter.

If metadata specify separators and you need to filter by separator values, in the Data split list check those separators that you need to filter by and enter separator value in the field on the right.

To apply the filter, click OK.
