Panel editor

The 1C:Enterprise application window includes a header, which contains the infobase name and the panels (current section functions panel, tools panel, history panel, favorites panel, commands panel, and open forms panel). The rest of the window is intended for displaying forms that implement the applied logic.

Users can customize panel positions using the panel editor. To open the panel editor, use the View - Panel settings command.

The panels that you can add to the application window are displayed at the bottom of the editor window as named rectangles on dark background. These are panels that are currently absent from the application window. To add a panel to the application window, drag it to the appropriate position.

The editor window shows available panel positions as rectangles with dotted borders. Some rectangles might already contain panels. You can drag a panel to an empty rectangle, or you can add it to a rectangle that already contains a panel.

If you drag a panel to a free rectangle, it assumes the shape of the rectangle and another empty rectangle is added to the editor.

If you drag a panel to a rectangle that already contains a panel, the new panel is added to the same rectangle. These panels will be located in the same area, which saves the screen space.

You can change panel positions by dragging them.

To remove a panel from the application window, drag it from the top area to the bottom area where unused panels are located. Once you finish the editing, the panel will be removed from the application window.

To apply the changes, click Apply. The panel positions in the application window will be changed according to the settings specified in the editor.

To restore the default panel positions, click Default.

To finish editing and apply the changes, click OK.

To cancel the changes, click Cancel. This cancels the changes that you made after you last clicked Apply. If you never clicked Apply, this cancels all changes that you made during the editing.
