To change the settings, select "Tools - Options" menu item and open the "General" tab.

Setting the Working Date

The working date is used when a date is to be set and an explicit date is not given. For example, the working date is automatically set as the date of a new document when it is first created. When the 1C:Enterprise system is started up, the computer's system date is taken as the working date.

If the Use local computer date checkbox is not selected, then the date given in the Use following date field will be used.
