Editing conditional appearance items

The dialog box is used for editing a conditional appearance item.

On the Format tab, specify the field appearance: background color, font color, and so on.

On the Condition tab, specify the condition for applying the formatting.

On the Formatted fields tab, select the fields that change appearance when the condition is met.

On the Additional tab, specify the application area of the conditional appearance item.

The tab contains the list of all available application areas for the conditional appearance item being edited. If the check box next to the application area is selected, the conditional appearance item will be used for displaying the area.

By default, all of the check boxes are selected. Select or clear the check boxes. To select or clear all check boxes, use the Select all and Clear all buttons.
