Desktop

The worktable is a set of forms and commands displayed in the work area of the main window of the application when the program is launched. To switch to the worktable in the 1?:Enterprise mode use Desktop of the section panel of the main window of the application at the far left.

When the desktop is displayed, the navigation panel displays the global command interface which corresponds to the configuration as a whole. Several forms of the application are generally displayed on the worktable. The forms that contain the most important information for users, and these with which the user normally starts work, are included in the Desktop.

The assortment of forms for each user depends on that user's role. Thus, in the desktop development, setting up visibility of desktop forms depending on role is very important.

The worktable can be generated (is defined at configuration) by one of the three templates:

  • all desktop forms placed one under another, creating one column;
  • all desktop forms positioned so they create two columns of equal width;
  • desktop forms positioned so they create two columns of different width (the left one is twice as wide as the right one).
