Chart of characteristic types
In the 1C:Enterprise system, chart of characteristic types objects are intended for describing sets of analytical accounting objects, each set storing objects of a single type.
With charts of characteristic types, you can design and support a variety of characteristic types. The properties of each chart of characteristic types are described at the configuration stage.

Each chart of characteristic types can have multiple predefined forms for viewing and editing.
