Layer Settings
Setup consists of determining the topological objects to which the analyzed data will be linked, the formats specific to various regions, and their sizes and positions.
If a geographical map is placed in a spreadsheet document, you can read into it the Geographical Map document residing on disk by using the Read link in the property palette.
Use the Clear link to clear.
To control the layers of a geographical map, use the Settings link. The layer settings window will appear.
You can use the toolbar buttons to add, edit, or delete layers.
When you add a layer, the layer selection dialog opens first, and then the layer import parameters window.
Note. 1C:Enterprise system does not include any built-in tools to create layers.
Layer settings include:

Text: custom text that describes the layer.

Data source organization: sets the organization of the data source, if one is used.

Visibility: defines the layer's visibility on the map.

Enable Selection: defines the possibility of interactive selection of layer objects on the map.

Beginning of scaling range: defines the beginning of the scaling range within which the object will be visible on the map.

End of scaling range: defines the end of the scaling range within which the object will be visible on the map.
