The purpose key is used when saving/loading current settings.
The use depends on form extension.
In all forms, the purpose key is used when saving and loading automatically saved form attribute values.
Forms opened with different use purpose keys have their own sets of automatically saved attribute values.
If the Version8_3_2 compatibility mode or a compatibility mode for a lower version is not set up:

• The purpose key is also used in all forms to save and load custom settings of the form. Therefore, the forms opened with different purpose keys will have their own settings for the content, relative positions and item properties.
• When the user attempts to set a value longer than 128 characters to the property, the exception occurs.

Filled based on the PurposeUseKey form parameter when a form is created.
