Determination of grouping header placement depending on spreadsheet document TotalsBelow and TotalsRight properties' value.
If the TotalsBelow is equal True then groupings headers are displayed below the grouping, otherwise - above the grouping.
If the TotalsRight is equal to True, then groupings headers are displayed on the left, otherwise - on the right.
