Contains the options for the command parameter use mode.
If the ParameterUsageMode and ParameterUsageMode commands property has a value of Multiple, then an array of values, not a single value will be passed to a command handler, even if in this particular case there is only one value.
An array of values can be passed if the source of the command parameter is a dynamic list in a multiple selection mode.
