PivotChartLabelsOrientation.TopLevelsVertical

Specified number of higher levels of the labels. The label levels are displayed vertically. The last (the bottom) level is always displayed horizontally.
If the required height (with consideration for label length) shall exceed half of the plot area of the pivot chart, it can automatically switch to horizontal alignment.
