Form.FormOwner

Description:

Type: Form; Control.
It contains a form or control that is the owner of the given form. Using this property establishes a link between the form and its owner. For example, an element form of a subordinate catalog could have as its owner an element form of the owner catalog from where it was opened. When a table box is opened as an owner on the current row, the table box is enabled.

Availability:

Thick client.

Note:

If the form has an owner, then in the CloseOnOwnerClose property, it becomes necessary to close the form in question when the owner form is closed.
