TableBox.ChangePositionOfColumns

Read and write.Type: Boolean.
Determines the possibility of changing positions of all table box columns.
True - enabled to change.
If the possibility of changing position of all columns is disabled, then moving columns by dragging them is not allowed, and you can't change their position in the "List options" dialog box.
