User setting identifier.
If the identifier is not empty, the object is included into the set of the user settings.
The initial set of a filter user setting is defined by the set of elements of this filter. All the filter elements will be included, except for:
elements and groups that belong to the user setting (is determined by UserSettingID);
elements and groups that have ViewMode=Normal.
If an element or a group are included into the filter indirectly, through a group, the ViewMode property of this element or group will be ignored, and its usage in the user setting will be determined by the group's display mode.
When a user setting is applied, this filter's set of elements will be changed: the elements not included in the user settings will not be changed; all the other elements will be replaced with the user filter set.
