Read and write.Type: XSSubstitutionGroupExclusionsUnion.
Defines a exception value for inclusion to substitution group. If a property value is not set, then an element can be viewed as a candidate to be included to the substitution group of another element declaration that has similar type definition or types derivative from the given. Otherwise exception value indicates inheritance type that denies entering substitution group. If all inheritance types are selected, then the element cannot be included in the substitution group.
