HTMLReader.OpenFile

Syntax:

OpenFile(<HTMLFileName>, <TypeOfTheCoding>)

Parameters:

<HTMLFileName> (required)

Type: String.
Name of the file containing HTML text.

<TypeOfTheCoding> (optional)

Type: String.
Encoding type can be specified as one of possible text encodings. In this case, the file will be read using the corresponding encoding. At that, a corresponding 'encoding' attribute value will be included in the HTML document declaration (if it will be found). If an empty string is specified as the parameter value or the parameter is not specified, the ANSI encoding will be used to read the file, and no 'encoding' attribute will be included in the HTML document declaration.
