BeginGettingAll(<NotifyDescription>)Type: NotifyDescription.
Contains a description of the procedure that will be called upon obtaining the certificates with the following parameters:

• <Certificates> - array of objects CryptoCertificate.
• <AdditionalParameters> - value specified when the NotifyDescription object was created.

Begins obtaining an array of all certificates.
