Usage:

Read only.

Description:

Type: Boolean.
Identifies, whether the background database configuration update was suspended.
True - suspended.
The background database configuration update can be suspended interactively, from the command line, and also due to forces factors such as crash of working process, which performed the background update.

Availability:
