True - when data of the information register record set are updated, records of the totals table for the section of last will be updated as well.
Updating the records of the totals table for the section of last may be disabled using the method SetTotalsUsing.
Queries for the section will be executed using an additional table "Section of Last" except for when section parameters contain conditions specified by the fields other than measurements and separators or when availability restriction rules for the data use fields other than measurements and separators.
