Read only.Type: Boolean.
Specifies whether the chart of accounts accounting flag can be filled using the filling data. This property is used for filling chart of accounts accounting flags using the current list filter values. If the property value is True, the standard filling processing procedure will fill the chart of accounts accounting flag using the filling data. If the filling data do not contain data for filling this chart of accounts accounting flag, or the property has a value of False, the chart of accounts accounting flag will be filled using the FillingValue property if it is set.
