Indicates whether the message is partial (in case of large message was divided into parts) or not.
True - the message is partial.

Availability:

Thin client, server, thick client, external connection, Mobile application (client), Mobile application (server).

Note:

You can unite partial messages using the CombinePartial method. The body of partial message is saved in attachment.
