SpreadsheetDocumentRange.PictureSize

Read and write.Type: PictureSize.
The property is used to adjust the picture size based on the cell size. If the Tile or Stretch value is set, then the TextPositionRelativeToPicture property value is ignored and is considered to be OnTop. The default value is Proportionally.
Thin client, web-client, server, thick client, external connection.
