You can assign names to separate table cells, cell ranges and graphical objects in spreadsheet documents.
To name a selected cell area use the Table - Names - Names command.
Enter the name into the name field and click Assign.
The name must begin with a letter and only contain alphanumeric characters and the underscore character.
For the whole document area the names "T" and "t" are reserved. Names beginning with "D" or "d" followed by digits are used (reserved) for drawings. These names cannot be assigned to cells.
To delete a name, select it and click Delete.
Click Select to select the area corresponding to a selected name.
