Spreadsheet Document Page Setup

In order to customize page setup of a spreadsheet document, select File - Page Setup menu item.

In the window that opens, you can select a printer and paper size and orientation.

Copies per page
Enter the number of document copies to be printed on a single page (copies will be located one under another).
If Auto is checked, the program will automatically define the number of copies per page: If two copies of a document fit on one page with the selected paper size and page margins, then two copies will be printed; otherwise only one copy will be printed.
Headers and Footers
The “Headers and Footers” group is intended to specify the dimensions of the page area that will be allocated for headers and footers. The dimensions are specified in millimeters and are calculated from the top or bottom margin toward the corresponding edge of the page.
Scaling
Use the Scaling field to specify a scale for table printing. The specified scaling value does not affect how the document is displayed in the table editor.
Fit page width
If this mode is enabled, the table editor automatically scales the document to fit one page for printing.
Black and white
If this mode is enabled, the specified table colors are ignored and the document is printed in black and white.

In the Margin print settings box, specify the margin print settings for even and odd pages.

Do not use - use default margin print settings.

Swap left and right margins for even pages - use default margin print settings for odd pages; swap left and right margins for even pages.

Auto - if Duplex printing is set to Do not use, the default margin print settings are used. If it is set to Left binding, the Swap left and right margins for even pages setting is used. If it is set to Top binding, the Swap top and bottom margins for even pages setting is used.

In the Duplex printing box you can specify duplex printing settings (this also includes settings for swapping margins).

None – do not use duplex printing;

Left binding – the printed pages are prepared for left binding (pages will be turned from right to left);
