Paste Special

Use this command in spreadsheet documents to paste data from the clipboard using one of the special options.

Select the target area for pasting and run the Paste Special command from the context menu.

You can choose what needs to be pasted from the entirety of the copied data: the entire cell, text only, the cell values, format, outline, comments or names.

Use the Replace Column Formatting option to keep the original format of the columns in the source document.
