FormTable.AutoAddIncomplete

Read and write.Type: Boolean; Undefined.
Contains a flag for automatic insertion of a new row.
For the value of True, when the table is activated (with the help of a mouse or a TAB key), a new line will be inserted if there is no lines in the text box.
If the property has a value of Undefined (the value of Auto is selected in the Designer), then the autodetection will be based on the value of the AutoMarkIncomplete as well as MarkIncomplete properties.
