FormTable.ChangeRowOrder

Read and write.Type: Boolean.
Manages row order changes.
True - change is allowed.
This property is meaningful only for data editable according to the application logic and access permissions. As well as for data of type that implies list ordering (tabular sections, ValueTable).
Thin client, web-client, server, thick client, Mobile application (client), Mobile application (server).
Calling the server is required on client property modification.
