Saving the configuration to a file

You can save the current (open) configuration to a disk file.

The configuration file is used for comparison with other configurations, for transferring a configuration to another work station, for creating a temporary archive, and for other purposes.

To save the configuration to a disk file,

select Configuration - Save configuration to file.

select the directory and enter the name of the file where the configuration will be saved.
