Format String Wizard
To customize presentation of data of type Number, Date or Boolean in the text box or spreadsheet cell, use the format string wizard.
To open the format string wizard, in the properties palette, click the selection button in the Format property.
To use the wizard when composing module texts, place the cursor in the text of the module and select Text - Format string wizard.
Controls available for selecting the presentation format are located on three tabs, according to the data type: Number, Date and Boolean.
Select appropriate tab and use its control to define format.
The effects of changing the settings are visible in the Preview area. The format string is displayed in the bottom and reflects the selected settings.
If any option is not configured, it will use default value.
Pressing OK assigns the format string to the Format property or inserts it in the text of the module.

The resulting format string may be edited manually.
