Based on range description
Used for setting a range of locked values for the Lock Manager.
Range can be opened from one side - you can specify one limit by Undefined value.
If range is not opened, then value type of upper and bottom range limit must match. Upper range limit should not be less than bottom one.
Server, thick client, external connection.
Exchange with server is possible. Serializable.
