News: Russian company ALP Group became the first partner of «1С» company in the USA and presented it solutions at the exhibition «CRM Evolution 2013»
ALP Group became the first franchisee partner of «1С» company in the USA and participated in the exhibition «CRM Evolution 2013» which took place from 19 to 21 august in the hotel Marriott in New York. The main theme of exhibition was to improve the efficiency of interaction and the degree of custom satisfaction using the CRM systems.

The participants of exhibition were the leading manufacturers of CRM-solutions, solutions for voice data control, as well as well-known consulting companies.

ALP Group company was represented by: CEO Alexei Povyshev, CLM department leader Mihail Gerasimov, head of competence center Alexei Bochkov, manager of social projects Irine Beltukova.

On the conveniently located stand ALP Group presented both well-known brands (1C:Enterprise 8 platform and 1С: CRM 2.0 solution) and innovations (self-design project of subsidiary company «Vivanti» ‒ Call-n-Go platform for the visits of medical representatives with the ability to receive the statistical data and other significant parameters of the visit in the real-time mode).

The stand visitors were able to visually assess the quality and advantages of presented solutions as well as to communicate with the leading specialists of ALP Group.

During exhibition the members of ALP Group managed to exchange the views on the development of CRM and ERP-systems with the key players of CRM market who also took part in the exhibition.
