Format string wizard allows the developer to prepare the text of format string exclusively using the visual tools.

The format strings are used in the script constructions in order to form the necessary representation of displayed data. The designer supports generation of format strings for numerical, logical values and values of type Date:

The result of designer work will be a string that corresponds to the rules of format string composition and is displayed in the bottom part of designer.

The designer allows editing the format strings existing in the module. To do this, it is enough to place the cursor inside the existing format string and call the wizard. The existing format string will be analyzed and shown in the designer as the corresponding formatting settings.
